If there is a particular style that you love but you have a unique foot size or shape please reach out to us, it is likely that we can produce a custom size for you (this excludes clearance styles). 

When will my order ship?

If you item is in stock we make sure that your sandals and other items are shipped within 4 working day's.

If for some reason the shoe you have ordered is not already sitting on our shelf we will make it for you (excluding clearance stock & styles). Please allow 7-21 working day for us to get them to your door.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is added at checkout time for purchases made within New Zealand. For all overseas orders the shipping is $30NZD for a tracked courier service. 

How can I check the status of my order?

We ship all our orders through NZ Post, which provide us with a parcel tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order on their website.

Can I rush my order?

If you would like to request a special treatment of your order, you can get in touch with us either via email or give us a call.

Do you have gift certificates?

We don't have gift certificates at the moment. But if you would like to purchase one of our sandals as a gift to someone, we can discuss it with via phone or email. Please, don't hesitate to get in touch.

100% privacy policy. We will not share your contact information with anyone. We also monitor constantly to make sure the information does not leak out to anyone.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the receiving of the item. We require the returns to be unworn. The sole must be unmarked, if you try it, please try it on the carpet only. The purchaser must pay for the return of the item. We will refund the full purchase price excluding the postage fee.
